本團自創團以來，在留日舞蹈家林泯辰老師的引領下，對於團員的舞蹈專業素養、舞蹈技巧、舞蹈創作能力的培養不餘遺力更發掘及培育無數年輕後起之秀，漸漸踏入舞蹈藝術殿堂，而且積極為團員爭取、提供更好的歷練機會、演出機會及擴充舞蹈領域，使團員在潛移默化之中發展全方位舞蹈藝術。本團更從最基本的個人禮儀、美姿美儀的教導之外，更提昇團員的藝術涵養及美學鑑賞力，並積極推動舞台表演藝術及舞蹈創作，全面推廣舞蹈文化教育為目標。
今後、本團仍本著傳承舞蹈紮根工作，提昇國內舞蹈素養、協助政府及各界推動社教表演藝術，促進國際同好團體之交流而邁進，也懇請各界先進及各位家長繼續給予本團指導與支持。
Members of the group try to foster professionalism dance, dance techniques,
including: ballet, folk dance, Chinese dance, modern dance, ballroom dance ...... etc.
Therefore, members develop a full range of dance, and enhance conservation of dance, as well as aesthetic appreciation. We actively promote the stage performing arts and dance choreography. Our goal is to comprehensively promote the national culture dance education and the exchange of international interest groups and to stride forward.
